My secondary school experience was great as they taught programming lessons during ICT classes so programming was not really foreign to me as I got to know the impact programming actually has in this digital age. It was there that I developed some interest in building new stuff through programming.
Since then, I made the choice and decided to study Software Engineering as it was pretty fun and interesting to me after the exposure and experience that I’ve gotten back in school. Not only that, I really enjoy building stuff and the satisfaction that comes after completing it. The best part is, I know that there’s a lot of job opportunities with endless topics and challenges in becoming a Software Engineer.
The reason I chose Forward School was that they offered a great curriculum for Software Engineering, emphasizing practicality, learning by doing experience. The syllabus is really up to date and related to the tech field which actually prepares me the necessary skills set for the working industry.
My favourite moment in school is studying with the great people here. My classmates are very nice and they really help me a lot when I’m stuck with my work. My goals after completing here is to get a good job and tech-related problems as a Software Engineer for a couple of years before continuing to pursue my studies in order to go overseas.
